Angela began her real estate career in the mortgage industry and developed a specialized loan product specifically for the rehabilitation of distressed properties. She left the mortgage industry and obtained her Real Estate Brokerage license in Michigan where her property management company began. She later became licensed in Ohio and expanded her her business to the Metro Toledo area. All along, Angela has focused on helping revitalize her community.
Since the year 2000 Angela has focused her efforts in the real estate investment arena. Community and integrity are the focus of growth for her company in the Metro Toledo Area. She is dedicated to education, the elimination of real estate fraud and slum lord practices and providing quality homes regardless of economic level of applicants. Relationships formed across the country with investors who believe in providing quality homes has helped revive over 800 units in the Toledo area and over 600 single family homes in Michigan through the 2008 crash working with the rental program with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
