Please note that ODOT is beginning a new project to replace the bridge over the Ottawa River on Central Ave. The road will be closed in both directions for approximately 120 Days. The Metroparks said Ward Pavilion will be accessible, but you will likely need to come in from Corey or Talmadge side. We have found very little information about how to access the entrance so this will be a learning experience for all of us until we see how ODOT sets it up.

Main Meeting: How to Negotiate & Talk to Sellers

This month we will be having Mark Pantak speak to us about how to negotiate and talk to sellers. We all know that the best deals in real estate will be off-market deals. This means there won’t be a real estate agent involved. YOU will need to know how to talk to sellers and negotiate a deal that works for both you and the seller. Mark will has a bunch of deals under his belt and will be able to help you become a better negotiate. Come and network with fellow members, learn better negotiation strategies and how to talk to sellers more effectively.
