Main Meeting: House Tour

We have a large bus and as a group we will be touring properties that make good investments. Experienced members will be showing you how to do a quick and dirty inspection, problems to watch out for, and how to spot opportunities that other investors might miss. If you are new and want to build confidence in your ability to evaluate properties this is your meeting. If you are more experienced this is an opportunity to network, see properties, and maybe still learn a few things.
