Main Meeting: Real Estate Exchanging

Come to the monthly PIN meeting on October 3rd, 2023!

Real estate exchanging is the art of structuring deals with other investors. If you have a note, house, personal property, or cash and you want to use to one or more of these things to improve your financial position or if you need any of those things to make a deal work that is what exchanging is all about. It brings the various people together that have these items so they can structure great deals where everyone gets what they need and makes money.

Exchanging is not a new idea, it has a long history dating back to the early part of the 1900s in real estate. There is even an exchange association that meets a few times per year that is very selective with membership for Realtors and brokers. Most of the legends in real estate investing including Pete Fortunato, Jimmy Napier, John Schaub, Jack Miller, Clyde Wilson and many others are or were active exchangers and still attend exchanging groups every week.

Our speaker this month is our own board member Michael Temple. Michael has been attending exchanging meetings for years and has learned from some of the best in the industry. He will share some of what he has learned and has a surprise to reveal at the end of his talk that will benefit all PIN members.
