Earn the Ohio Professional Housing Provider (OPHP) designation by attending a series of meetings. This state-wide, education based program demonstrates a higher level of knowledge and professionalism.

Toledo PIN is a part of Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA) and are able to provide members with access to the vast library of information, and connections that are provided to members of our state chapter of real estate investors

Our 50+ members control over 5,000 single family, multi-family and commercial units in and around Northwest Ohio.
We strive to support community efforts and legislation that helps provide safe and affordable homes. Funds were raised to advocate against an unconstitutional lead law that would have hurt both tenants and landlords.
Members, Visitors and Businesses are part of Toledo PIN. We reach hundreds of investors through our mailing list sharing educational, resourceful and networking information.
