Our History

Property Investor’s Network (PIN) was established in 2016 in response to a noticeable lack of landlord activism and professional excellence within the City of Toledo. Recognizing the need for a strong, supportive community among real estate investors, PIN was created to bring together both large and small investors to share knowledge, resources, and experiences.

Since its inception, PIN has grown into a valuable network where members openly exchange insights, success stories, and lessons learned, helping each other navigate the challenges of property investment. Beyond knowledge sharing, PIN provides access to trusted local vendors and fosters a sense of camaraderie among real estate professionals.

Our meetings and presentations are designed to focus on topics that matter most to investors, ensuring valuable discussions without the distraction of fee-based sales pitches or promotional programs. At PIN, we believe in empowering investors through education, collaboration, and community.
